Change your mindset: Andy Murray wins Wimbledon

Andy Murray wins Wimbledon with emphatic victory over Novak Djokovic

Since Andy Murray changed his trainer and started working with Ivan Lendl, there has been a marked improvement not only in his game but also his mindset. Lendl introduced new training methods including working with Murray’s confidence.

Since then, Andy Murray has been in grand slam finals playing convincing matches. Last year, he was in the mens singles final at Wimbledon, but was beaten by Roger Federer. Since then, however, Murray has won a gold medal in the Olympics 2012 in London and then the US Open, his first grand slam.

This month, he won the men’s singles at Wimbledon.
